About Santhosh Mathew
Santhosh Mathew, president of Team Alliance has successfully run the team concept for many years with RE/MAX before he started Team Alliance Realty Inc. This “TEAM” is a dream-come-true project for him who is a very popular Real Estate agent in the GTA. He has won the Diamond Award and many other achievement awards earlier during his career with RE/MAX as an individual agent. Santhosh Mathew’s dream was to set up his own brokerage so that he can have more freedom and liberty to serve his client’s in the best possible way.
His goal is to provide unique real estate services which are a combination of traditional and high tech tools to market real estate properties to the greatest number of potential buyers around the world. He strives to bring highest quality of services in all levels of operation ranging from the listing of the home to the selling of it.

Santhosh is a very inspiring person to meet. His dedication towards his clients and his passion for real estate are the foundations of his success. Santhosh is constantly striving to make the real estate profession more cohesive in order to curb unhealthy competition in the real estate industry.



Team Alliance Realty - a team based brokerage was born from such desire to improve the way we do business. Santhosh's experience taught him that when independent agents take on clients, they are often distracted by a multitude of tasks, including piles of paperwork, marketing, branding, listing, working with lawyers, mortgage agents and banks apart from conducting open houses, prospecting for more clients and showing properties to buyers. 

This can be a chaotic situation for any individual agent. Santhosh came up with the idea of a 'team of agents' where the work culture is like a corporate environment. Each agent is trained to follow high professional standards set by Team Alliance. The unique aspect of Team Alliance is that there are dedicated marketing and administrative teams. The marketing team consists of graphic designers, content and web developers, who advertise properties through print and online media and grow the company's social media presence which enables us to promote and showcase each property in the best possible way! Team Alliance has a dedicated administrative team that will take care of all the listing uploads, status changes, lawyers, commission cheques, reliving the agents of all these duties.

Santhosh's aim behind starting Team Alliance is to help agents focus all their energies on the clients and not spend their time filling out paperwork! Santhosh advices agents to 'maintain the spotlight on the client, everything else the brokerage will take care of'.
